Do you buy collections or items from customers?

Yes, we do! We are always on the lookout to buy items from fellow collectors.As a general rule, we aim to offer 70% of the recommended retail price (RRP) for items we purchase. Because we are a very new business, we have to start out a little smaller right now, but we are actively looking to increase this percentage in the future as we grow.To get started, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the items (please make sure to include any and all damage so we can give you an accurate assessment). Once we take a look, we can assess everything and go from there!

Do you sell items on behalf of customers (consignment)?

Yes, we do! We offer a selling-on-behalf service for fellow collectors, though we are currently keeping this option open to only a limited number of people while we manage our workload.We love offering this service because not many places do it, and our goal is to help bridge the gap and connect collectors directly to buyers.For this service, we take a 25% cut. This fee covers everything needed to get your items sold: handling the listing process, professionally packing and shipping to buyers, and the time it takes to manage the whole transaction from start to finish.Once you enquire, we can chat through all the finer details, including options for how and when you receive your payments (such as waiting until the whole lot has sold, or receiving payments once a month based on what has sold during that period).Please note: You are entirely responsible for handling and declaring your own tax payments on any items sold through this service.If you are interested, get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email with photos and details of your items to see if we currently have space available!

How does shipping work?

We have a 1 to 2 working day handling time to get your orders picked, packed, and ready to go. All of our orders are shipped using tracked delivery so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays, meaning any orders placed during those times will be sent out on the following working day.At current we only ship to UK mainland. (We are looking to ship to the EU & Beyond soon)

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can request a cancellation or modification as long as you contact us before the item enters the packing or shipping stage. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancel it.

What is your return and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a refund, items must be sent back in the exact same condition they were sent in. If an item is returned damaged, used, or altered from its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct an amount from the final total. Please note that customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
