1. Returns Window

We want you to love your items! If you need to return something, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us, and an additional 14 days to return the item.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items (such as trading cards, sealed boxes, or collectibles) must be unopened, factory-sealed, and in the exact condition they were sent to you.
We cannot accept returns on opened trading card packs, booster boxes, or clearance items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We reserve the right to refuse and/or deduct from the total refund if the items are not returned to us in the state we shipped them in.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within a few working days.
