At R&J Collectibles, we know how important it is for your collectibles, trading cards, and diecast items to arrive safe and sound. We take great care in packaging every order securely so it reaches you in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During peak periods, such as our grand opening week or major product drops, processing may take an extra day, but we will always work hard to get your items out as quickly as possible.

2. Carriers, Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using reliable tracked services.

• Courier Discretion: All orders are shipped using Royal Mail or Evri. The choice of courier is made at our discretion for each order to ensure the safest, most efficient, and most cost-effective delivery of your items. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

• Shipping Rates: All shipping is charged at a flat rate and is clearly calculated and provided at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Delivery: Typically takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed, especially during busy holiday periods or severe weather conditions.

3. Launch Day & Promotional Orders (First 50 Orders Bonus)

• If your order qualifies for our launch-day promotion (the first 50 orders receiving a free custom pack containing 20 Pokémon cards), it will be dispatched using our tracked service alongside your main items.

• Please allow a little extra processing time during major launch days due to high order volumes.

4. Secure Packaging

• We treat every item like a collector's item because it is one.

• Trading cards are securely sleeved, top-loaded or slabbed, and shipped in sturdy cardboard mailers.

• Diecast items (like Hot Wheels) are carefully boxed with protective padding to prevent crushing or damage to the cards and blisters during transit.

5. Missing or Damaged Parcels

• Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you with a claim.

• Lost Parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the dispatch date, please let us know so we can investigate with the courier.

At R&J Collectibles, we want you to be completely happy with your order. Because we deal in collectibles, trading cards, and diecast items, we have set out our policy clearly below to comply with UK consumer law while keeping things fair and straightforward.

1. Change of Mind (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you buy an item online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• The Timeframe: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to change your mind. You then have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unsealed condition (where applicable, such as sealed trading card packs, booster boxes, or blister-backed diecast cars). If a product has been opened, used, or damaged, a deduction may be made from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

• Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

2. Faulty or "Not as Described" Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have rights if your items arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described:

• Within 30 Days: You have the short-term right to reject the goods and receive a full refund.

• After 30 Days: If a fault develops later, please contact us right away so we can arrange a repair or replacement.

• Return Costs for Faulty Goods: If an item is verified as faulty or incorrect, R&J Collectibles will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

3. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the collectibles market, certain items cannot be returned for a change of mind unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

• Custom Packs / Mystery Items: Any promotional or custom-built mystery packs (such as our launch-day custom card packs) are final sale once opened, as the random assortment element cannot be restocked.

• Sealed Trading Cards: Single booster packs or boxes that have been opened or unsealed by the customer cannot be returned due to the nature of random-pull trading card games.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email at R-JCollectibles@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will provide you with our return shipping address and instructions.

3. Package your items securely (preferably in their original shipping protection) to prevent damage in transit.

5. Processing Your Refund

• Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

• Under UK law, if you paid for standard delivery when placing your order, that original delivery cost will be included in your refund (though enhanced or express delivery upgrades are non-refundable).
